Bill's Bar has a history that spans two decades and has remained the understated institution of Lansdowne Street as other clubs and restaurants have come and gone. The new renovation builds upon its history and embraces the nostalgia and grit of the golden age of Rock and Roll. The main wall, which extends from the front door to the stage, has been transformed into an illuminated abstraction of Aerosmith’s “Bootleg” album cover. Records are scattered throughout either stacked on shelves or displayed for their iconic cover art, copper headlamp light fixtures hang over the bar, and an existing industrial window has been exposed as the stage’s new backdrop to define the next era of this iconic Lansdowne club.
