Pembroke Woods provided the TYAK team with a multi-family design opportunity with the renovation of its amenity spaces, leasing office, and model unit. Taking inspiration from the property's name, the redesign is a celebration of wood with the use of various species, including a live-edge Walnut bar; dynamic wall and ceiling treatments; and unique art curated in collaboration with Suzi Hlavacek of Boston Art. The redesign also responds to the need for added flexibility and gathering in the club room with a large central library table, an over-sized sectional, and perimeter cocktail-style seating.
