Stone Gate was in need of a renovation. The once purple-themed club room and leasing office was transformed into a modern New England space with pops of color and art to complement the colonial details throughout. A new stone fireplace and iron chandelier anchor the vast club room that includes plenty of seating for get-togethers, built-in leather booths for residents working from home, and a shuffleboard table for a little fun. Meanwhile, a dramatic wood and art-filled wall welcomes prospective residents into leasing the office. The palette carries into the model unit for a cohesive experience.
