At the Watermark Seaport the tyak team sailed the previously uncharted waters of multi-family residential with the refresh of their second floor indoor and outdoor amenity space. Building upon the good existing bones, the refresh captures the sexy, urban spirit of the Watermark experience while responding to the needs of residents. The resulting space strikes a balance between morning work space and after work lounge with unique custom furnishings, sensuous, yet durable fabrics, dramatic divider screens to better define the open space, floating steel candle shelves for nighttime ambience, and one-off art pieces selected in collaboration with Suzi Hlavacek of Boston Art.
